Returns
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition unless the product arrived damaged or faulty. We may ask for photos or other information to assess a damaged or incorrect item.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or sent incorrectly. Please contact us before sending anything back; unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Banking and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
